Shipping and Handling

How much is shipping? Free shipping!

Are there duties/tariffs and customs fees? The price you pay at checkout is the final price. No additional fees! We use DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) method shipping where all duties, taxes, and import fees are covered upfront by us. This means full-cost transparency, no surprise bills from the courier, and faster, smoother delivery. 

Is tracking number provided? Yes, tracking number is provided once the order ships.

Where do you ship from? Tokyo, Japan

How long does it take to receive the order? Most orders will take between 15 to 30 days after the order is placed. However, there are several factors that may cause orders to take longer. (e.g. holidays, backordered items, irregular customs clearance checks)

 

Orders 

What is a minimum order value? To keep our prices low, there is a $100 minimum order value. In order to checkout, the total value of the order must be at least $100. 

What is the order process? Once an order is placed, the items in the order are shipped to our distribution center in Tokyo, Japan. It will go through quality checks and packaged carefully for international (Japan to US) shipment.

Returns and Exchange

What's the returns and exchange policy? We don't accept refunds or exchanges. However, if items in your order are damaged during shipment or if you receive wrong items, we'll work with you to ship another or provide a full refund.
